Ok Friends,
This is a preliminary Schedule, subject to change. So please double check the timing and location of events at the convention. This is as accurate as I can be two weeks ahead of time.
All events are to be in Carver Salon III at this point in time, so there’s no need to leave the main hotel for any events. Carver Salon III is on the Mezzanine Level, the same as the restaurant. This room is available from 4:30 until the C4 Reception starts at 8:30 on Thursday, in case anyone wants to make use of it.
You’ll also notice that there is not a NJ Copper Symposium this year before the educational events, but rather a State Copper Symposium scheduled as part of the educational events. This was placed last so that if it ran overtime, it would not interfere with another speaker.
I’m sure you’ve also noticed that David Bowers is our featured speaker and starting the evening’s events. David is not restricted to a specific time frame and the following events will start when his is done.
On Friday afternoon there will be a public dedication of an historic marker at the site of the Boston Mint, where Hull & Sanderson struck the MA Silver coinage. It will start PROMPTLY at 3:30 and last about 15 minutes. Please plan to be there for this historic event.
Your C4 Officers, committees and volunteers have made this all possible. Please take advantage of everything provided.
Please let me know if you find any errors with this schedule so I can correct it for the Convention Program.
