Pursuant to Section 7.1 of the C4 By-laws, the election of officers shall be held during the month of October of every even-numbered calendar year. This year, we shall be voting for officers via e-mail for the first time. Each Regular or Life Member in good standing will receive a link to their ballot on Sunday, September 15th. This electronic ballot must be filled out and submitted no later than 11:55 pm EDT on October 15, 2024, in order to be counted.
Using this electronic ballot, you may cast one (1) vote each for the positions of President, Vice President, Secretary, and Treasurer, and for a Regional Vice President corresponding to your region of primary residence.
You will receive a notification email on Sunday, September 15th, which will contain your unique username and password. The sender will be “C4,” and the subject line is expected to be “Your Invitation to Vote in the Election: 2024 C4 Election”. DO NOT DELETE this email; you will need it to access your ballot. If you don’t see it in your inbox, please check your spam folder.
C4 members without e-mail addresses will receive and return their ballot by postal mail.
