An open meeting for Region 2 of the Colonial Coin Collectors Club will be held at the New Hampshire Coin and Currency Expo on Friday, October 24, 2024 from 12 to 12:45 PM. This Expo is the largest multi-day coin show in New England. The numismatic opportunities for finding our beloved colonials and smoozing with fellow collectors have never been better.
The New Hampshire Coin and Currency Expo will be held next week (Friday, October 24th and Saturday, October 25th), at the DoubleTree by Hilton, 700 Elm St., Manchester, NH. The C4 Region 2 meeting will be held in the Webster Room. Members, spouses, friends and all who are interested are invited to attend. Click here for the full show agenda of events at NH Coin Expo.
The bourse opens at 10 AM on Friday, October 24th. This will provide time for visiting dealers, then sharing stories of new finds or favorite coins with fellow members at the meeting. Jim Glickman, C4 Vice President, will give a presentation: “Clipped Massachusetts Cents and Half Cents: A Study of a Colonial Error”. Stack’s Bowers Galleries will be generously providing a boxed lunch. Please plan on arriving a few minutes early, as we will start the meeting punctually at noon.
Admission to the show is $7 at the door. If you purchase a digital ticket, you may be able to avoid the lengthy line which forms when the bourse opens. Use code PRESALE for $2 off admission. Click here to purchase tickets online. Veterans and active duty military get in free (bring ID).
Contact Tom Gesner, Region 2 Vice President, for more information.
