Pursuant to Section 7.1 of the C4 By-laws, the election of officers shall be held during the month of October of every even numbered calendar year. This year, we shall be voting for officers via e-mail. Each Regular or Life Member in good standing should have received a link to their ballot on Thursday, October 1st. This electronic ballot must be filled out and submitted no later than 11:55 pm EDT on October 31, 2026 in order to be counted.
Using this electronic ballot, you may cast one (1) vote each for the positions of President, Vice President, Secretary and Treasurer, and for a Regional Vice President corresponding to your region of primary residence.
Your notification email was sent on Thursday, October 1st; this email contained your unique user name and password. The sender is “C4” and the subject line is “Your Invitation to Vote in the Election: 2026 C4 Election”. DO NOT DELETE this email; you will need it to access your ballot. If you don’t see it in your inbox, please check your spam folder.
C4 members without e-mail addresses will receive and return their ballot by postal mail.
