Pursuant to Section 7.2 of the C4 By-laws, notice is hereby given soliciting candidates for elected positions for the next C4 Election, which will take place in October 2024. The C4 elected positions are President, National Vice-President, Secretary, Treasurer, and Regional Vice-Presidents. (Note that one does not need to live in a region to be a regional vice-president for that region.) If you are a Regular or Life member of C4 in good standing and wish to be a candidate for any of these elected positions and added to the official ballot, you must write or email our Secretary, Carol Wolf, by August 15, 2024, notifying her of your candidacy. Carol’s contact information is Secretary@ColonialCoins.org, 14 Lee Avenue, Hawthorne, NJ 07506. Ballots will be sent to members in September 2024.
Finally, please note that a member may nominate another member for one of the above positions by submitting the nomination to the Secretary by the August 15, 2024 deadline stated above. The Secretary will contact the person nominated to query his/her willingness to accept the nomination and, if accepted, will add the nominated person’s name to the ballot.
